Our Michelin Star style experience sees Jacqueline prepare a ten course tasting menu featuring local, seasonal, wild, home grown and foraged ingredients, often cooked outdoors. Designed with your favourite ingredients in mind, perfect for true foodies who want an immersive, luxury experience. Watch as gorgeous dishes are plated up in front of your very eyes. Learn new skills and ideas and hear interesting chef stories from the other side of the pass, sure to please any fellow foodie!

Selsey lobster and crab, pickled samphire, Dijon aioli, parmesan crisp, foraged wild herbs
